Citizens Advice Liverpool is Liverpool’s leading provider of advice and advocacy services. We are a local, independent charity and our services are free, confidential and impartial.

Our General Advice team is only a phone call away and ready to support. We also have a number of specialist teams who can provide advice and help for more complex cases. We take a holistic approach to providing advice and can help you with several issues at a time if necessary.

Citizens Advice Liverpool has 2 offices and over 20 outreach locations across the city. Our offices are currently open by appointment only, we are continuing to provide help online and over the phone.

We are here for everyone, whatever the problem.
